 • Travel Time: Table rates apply to locations within a maximum of 1 hour travel time from our nearest engineer. Travel exceeding 1 hour (up to 2 hours maximum) will incur a £30 surcharge. For locations requiring more than 2 hours travel time, please contact us for a custom quote.

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the work. A full invoice will be issued, followed by a receipt upon payment.

 • Materials:
Consumables: Trade price + 20% mark-up.
Material collection time: Charged at applicable hourly rate. If collection exceeds 30 minutes, the customer will be consulted before proceeding.

Large appliances, machinery or parts (£250+): Time spent sourcing, purchasing, and collecting will be charged at the applicable hourly rate, plus the material cost.

 • Estimates: Detailed estimates available upon request.
• Guarantee: All work guaranteed for 12 months.
